We hold several business meetings each year and these comprise of:-
1. Coffee and biscuits on arrival and chance for a brief chat
2. Business meeting including time for Members Forum - usually a lively debate.
3. Lunch
4. Social golf in the afternoon - nice but not essential if you need to get back to work.
It is normal to have guest speakers for the meetings and a wide range of topics are covered including:-
Health & Safety, VAT, Employment Laws, Pension Schemes, General Club Administration etc.
There is also the opportunity to meet your local Managers to discuss any relevant issues and it is a natural forum for exchange of ideas.
In addition there are team matches against the Yorkshire Region and the Midlands region
